About Us

Dorian Leatham | Director

Dorian has over 30 years experience within the public sector in senior positions such as the Chief Executive of Hillingdon Council and more recently the Chief Executive of ARHAG Housing Association. Other board roles include the Chair of the Nottingham City Strategic Partnership, Chair of a sub-committee of the Homes and Community Agency and Diversity Advisory Group. Throughout his career Dorian has held both non executive and executive board roles for both the public and private sectors.

Major career achievements include working closely with partners BAA to develop terminal 5 at Heathrow, advising Brunel University on the development of the university campus. As the Deputy Director of Housing for Brent Council, Dorian contributed to the strategic concept of the redevelopment of both the Wembley area and the Stonebridge estate. As Chair of the Nottingham City Strategic Partnership Dorian liaised with both public and private sector partners to develop and implement strategies to regenerate the city.

Dorian Has a successful track record of working with partners to raise funding from both private and public sectors. He was also an advisor to the first Mayor for London advising on London's housing strategy.

Dorian has an MA attained from Brunel University and more recently achieved formal qualification in executive coaching.

Pamela Dawson | Director

Pamela is an experienced development specialist and care professional. Previous roles include senior manager of The Guinness Partnership (TGP) and Director of Guinness Care and Support. Pamela has managed high performing teams at all levels.  With over 30 years experience in the housing association/registered provider/care sector Pamela has delivered results as a Board member and Director and with an excellent track record in winning major competitions/bids. Pamela has a wide range of transferable skills such as contract negotiation, regeneration, new development, sales, change management, care commissioning and customer service and community investment.
Working as an Interim Commercial and New Business Director at Guinness Care and Support (GCS) Pamela achieved the first successful care tender for the company in two years in the major Devon Framework. Other successes include: achieving the successful implementation of new Partnership development policies and procedures in an electronic format. She delivered a new extra care scheme in Devon fulfilling GCS’s growth strategy and providing a major development in a focus area for Guinness with funding from the Care and Support Specialist Housing Fund.

Raj Upadhyaya | Director

Raj is a founding Director of Antennae Developments. With over 35 years experience as a senior director and leader within the housing association, local authority and
private sectors. Raj has extensive broad management expertise in regeneration, development, customer services, asset management, marketing and sales, community investment, homeownership and change management.
In his previous role of Investment and Commercial Director and Managing Director of Guinness Developments Ltd, Raj set and delivered against key strategic objectives of building on average 1,000+ new homes every year, establishing and managing ‘Guinness Developments Ltd’ as the private sales arm of the Guinness Partnership. Raj also set up the Guinness Partnership marketing and sales service.

Other achievements  
Further to achieving an MBA in 1995, in 2014 Raj added to his personal accreditations by achieving a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School.

Danny Kaye | Director

Danny is a founding Director of Antennae Developments. As a senior development, property and housing expert Danny has both led and played a key management role in delivering over 2000 new homes across all sectors of housing. Over a career spanning 20 years Danny has managed a diverse range of property development, construction transactions and partnerships worth in excess of £500m. Danny leverages all his experience and expertise to ensure clients maximise their current asset base and manage any new opportunities to deliver strong outcomes.
Danny has previously held roles at The Guinness Partnership and Peabody Trust were he led and delivered strategic reviews of property assets and estates.  Reviews established and realised viable, appropriate and sensitive business plans for investment, regeneration and renewal, as well as development capacity studies to establish development and redevelopment potential. Danny was also a member of the Partnership’s National Investment Management Team, Project Review Group and Divisional Corporate Management Team.

Chris Marsh | Director

Chris has over 35 years professional experience, predominantly in an advisory capacity for public sector clients. Chris specialises in negotiating major planning and development packages and has been involved in over 360 major schemes since 1985, including the Prince of Wales’ Poundbury development, the Future of Greenwich Riverside and the Millenium Dome (recently revised, Sept 2015), Cricklewood/Hendon Regeneration, the relocation of Arsenal FC, West of Stevenage, Heathrow Terminal 5, the London Eye, Wembley Regeneration, Woolwich Arsenal, the Kidbrooke Estate, Barking Riverside, the Olympic Games, the growth areas in London Thames Gateway, West Northants DC andAshford BC.
As a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner Chris has been heavily involved in research and consultancy projects with a particular emphasis on planning obligations and affordable housing. He was part of the government’s advisory team reviewing/ reforming planning obligations and formulating Circular 05/05, and co-authored the Audit Commission guidance.
Chris has more recently been advising on the implementation of affordable housing with alternative funding and tenure regimes. In particular, he has successfully delivered mixed tenure schemes, in perpetuity, to the highest long-term standards, without grant.
Chris had experience working with partners on environmental resources management (ERM) especially on CIL viability / infrastructure costing.

Penny Hayes | Director

Penny’s specialisms developed over a career of 30 years include employee relations, training & development, change management and engagement & reward strategies. She has held senior roles managing large diverse teams in the retail and housing sectors (Marks & Spencer plc and The Guinness Partnership) which have combined her HR specialism with a wide range of other responsibilities, most notably corporate governance. Penny draws on her skills and experience to help organisations achieve their objectives with the fully engaged support of their staff, within appropriate corporate structures.

Laurie Soden | Director

Laurie has over 50 years experience in both the commercial & residential sectors of the real estate industry. Along side his role at Antennae Laurie formed and runs his own development & consultancy business specialising in both commercial  & residential projects. He was, for over 15 years, a board  member of a housing association & Chair of its Development Committee. From a standing start the leadership team delivered over 1000 new homes in the space of 10 years in the Central London area.
For over 20 years Laurie was a non-executive director of Greater London Enterprise Ltd  & some of its subsidiaries as well as a Non Executive Chairman of two small development companies. He is also a trustee of 2 charities.
As a partner of a major international property consultancy Laurie headed up the industrial department, which entailed advising as a consultant to a number of local authorities & PLCs. He is a former Chairman of the Industrial Agents Society - the business association of Industrial & Logistics property.

Tracey McEachran | New Business Development Director

Tracey joined Antennae following a successful career in senior sales and marketing leadership roles for a large multinational FTSE 100 organisation,   
Having 20 years of experience in new business development, setting strategic strategy, brokering business partnerships and leading senior management teams, she is committed to helping individuals and business find win win solutions to ensure positive outcomes on both a business and a personal level.
She also has strong expertise in coaching, personal development and organizational change. Tracey combines her experience and expertise to specialise in business development
